The staff was helpful enough, I suppose. The hotel location seemed acceptable.

The room was far too small. It seemed like a converted closet. The bed seemed like it came from a bygone era. I woke up with back pain every morning. It had a questionable squeak with every slight movement, so romantic encounters were out of the question.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

I reserved a parking spot directly in front of the building. The room was spacious. The bed was comfy. They provided robes and towels (very soft ones!). Every staff member I spoke with was nice. Everyone offered help. I experienced a warm welcome from the staff. The staff even prepared a beautiful surprise for my anniversary and Valentine's Day. The location is convenient. The area around Piata Romana made day trips easy. The neighborhood was also nice. It was an easy walk to many dining options (Pastrami & more has a great sandwich!).

the room was very spacious and clean the bathroom was modern and well-equipped it had a very efficient heated towel rail the satellite tv gave access to a wide array of channels including live sport

i was disappointed to find that due to the rush that morning i had left out of my bag a full 50ml nuxe oil it is quite expensive despite me asking if i had forgotten anything they did not give it i am well aware they don't have the obligation to search and i wouldn't feel this way about it in different circumstances
